Eating out in Mumbai

Even though people are getting health conscious, some have high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, still nothing stops them from eating out. With the increase in public events, parties, social gatherings, celebrated festivals within Mumbai, it is obvious that an average Mumbaikar eats out at least twice a week. Come Saturday / Sunday night, you wont have place to eat in a restaurant and waiting for a table could take easy 30 to 45 minutes.

So on one hand, people go and work out ina  gym, take walks in a park, have fruits and leafy vegetables at home, but come party or a holiday, and there health goes for a toss. But one should not be too stringent with their diet and should let loose once in a while, and live life to the fullest. As most foodies would say “I live to eat and would die for food”.

So here below are a list of places where you could enjoy your food, treat your taste buds and celebrate your special occasions. Not to forget, most restaurants do need prior reservations, especially over the weekends, so you will find their phone numbers listed as well.
